About Us
Nao GMBH was founded in 2015, is an experienced forging company that has two factory sites with a total land area of 54,000 square meters and a workshop area of 40,000 square meters, employing more than 150 people.
The company has obtained lATF16949 quality management system certification and German Lloyd’s Register (GL )certification. it owns hot die forging presses ranging from 3MN to 25MN and has 16 automated forging production linesequipped with high-energy screw presses and friction presses. Additionally, the company has three fully automated heat treatment and tempering production lines, ten ultra-high-frequency and medium-frequency induction heat treatment machines, and more than 300 CNC machining centers and lathes.
The company is also equipped with advanced testing equipment, capable of conducting metallographic analysis, mechanical testing, composition analysis, flaw detection, and fracture resistance tests. In product design and development, CAD/CAM finite element analysis systems are used for optimization and stress analysis, significantly reducing testing costs and development time.
Currently, the company’s main products are automotive parts, and major clients include Mercedes-Benz, BMW, JOSTSchmitz Cargobull, and Harley. Davidson, China FAW, and Guangzhou Fuwa.
